代金の支払方法・時期

Payment methods: The various payment methods showed on the purchase page are available.
Payment period: Except for deferred payments, payment will be confirmed when the product order is confirmed.

支払時期：後払いを除き、商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。

Our store uses the EC platform BASE, which processes payments through a payment service provider. Since we do not handle direct financial transactions, we are unable to issue receipts. Instead, please use the "Thank you for your purchase" email and the payment receipt sent based on your payment method as a substitute for the receipt.

当店のECプラットフォームであるBASEでは、決済代行会社を通じて決済が行われているため、直接金銭のやり取りをおこなっておらず、領収書の発行は承っておりません。代わりに、購入時に届く「ご購入いただきありがとうございました」メールや決済方法ごとの受領書を領収書の代わりとしてご活用くださいますと幸いです。

商品のお届け時期

Orders will be shipped within 1–5 business days from the date of your order or payment.
In the event of a high volume of orders, dispatch may take longer.

返品について

- Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items that have been customized, including optional embroidery, printing, or added parts, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to customer convenience, all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any other related fees (mainly applicable to customers outside Japan) are the responsibility of the customer.

- Returns Due to Refused Delivery
As a general rule, we do not accept returns resulting from refused deliveries.
Only if we determine that there is a special reason, and after prior contact, may such a return be accepted.
Even in such cases, the return will be treated as a return for customer convenience.

- Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected by us, we will offer either an exchange for the same item or a refund of the product price.
For refunds resulting from returns due to customer convenience, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting all costs borne by the customer (including round-trip shipping costs and, for customers outside Japan, duties and other related fees) from the total amount paid.
Due to the system specifications of our online store, cancellations cannot be processed after payment is completed. Refunds will therefore be issued via bank transfer or PayPal (mainly for customers outside Japan).

- 返品について
商品到着後7日以内かつ未使用の場合に限り、返品を承ります。
オプションによる刺繍、プリント、パーツの追加等、カスタマイズを施した商品につきましては、不良または破損がある場合を除き、返品はお受けできません。
お届けした商品に不良または破損があった場合、返品にかかる送料は当店が負担いたします。
お客様都合による返品の場合、返品にかかる送料、関税等を含むその他の関連費用（主に日本国外のお客様）は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。

- 受取拒否に伴う返品について
受取拒否に伴う返送は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
事前にご連絡をいただいたうえで、特別な理由があると当店が判断した場合に限りお受けいたしますが、その場合であっても、お客様都合による返品として扱います。

- 返金について
返送された商品を当店にて確認後、同一商品の交換、または商品代金の返金を承ります。
お客様都合による返品に伴う返金につきましては、お支払いいただいた総額から、お客様にご負担いただく費用（往復送料、日本国外の場合は関税等を含む関連費用）を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
オンラインストアの仕様上、決済完了後のキャンセル処理はできないため、返金は銀行振込、またはPayPal（主に日本国外のお客様）にて対応いたします。
