代金の支払方法・時期

商品のお届け時期

We will ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. Made-to-order, customized products and products with certain options added may take more than 3 business days for dispatch.

ご注文(ご入金)から即日〜3営業日以内を目安に発送いたします。
受注製作品、カスタマイズした製品、一部のオプションを追加した製品は発送までに3営業日以上かかる場合がございます。

返品について

- If the item arrives within 7 days and is unused, we accept returns.
- If the item is defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you want to return it due to your convenience (e.g., size doesn't fit), you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- However, personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
- For returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact us through the "CONTACT" page before sending the item back.

お届け品の到着から7日以内で且つ未使用の場合、返品を承ります。

お届け品に欠陥・損傷がある場合、ショップ側が返品にかかる送料を負担いたします。

お客様のご都合により返品したい場合(サイズが合わない、キャンセルが間に合わなかった等)は、お客様側にて返品にかかる送料をご負担いただきます。

但し、お届け品が下記に該当し、欠陥・損傷が無い場合は返品をお受けできません。
・パーソナライズされた商品
・カスタマイズされた商品
・「返品不可」と明記されている商品

返品に伴い、同一商品との交換、又は商品代金（送料を除く）の返金を承ります。
返送いただく前に、返品したい旨を「CONTACT」ページまたは「ショップに質問する」からご連絡ください。
