For customization and original headcovers, we proceed with production only after confirming the specifications in advance.

Please be sure to contact us before placing your order

Requests made through the “Remarks” field at the time of purchase, as well as requests sent after placing an order, may require detailed confirmation.
In some cases, additional fees may apply, which could require canceling the original order and placing a new one, resulting in extra steps for you.

For these reasons, we regret to inform you that customization requests made at the time of purchase or after an order has been placed are, as a general rule, not accepted.

ご注文時の備考欄を通じたご要望、ならびにご注文後にご連絡いただいたご要望につきましては、内容の詳細確認や、追加費用が発生する場合にご注文を一度キャンセルのうえ改めてご購入いただく必要が生じるなど、結果としてお客様にお手間をおかけしてしまうことになります。

We’ve always done our best to accommodate customer requests.
However, we are currently pausing support for the following two types of requests:

- Inquiries about compatibility with specific club heads
- Customizations based on subjective preferences (e.g. “slightly thicker,” “like my other covers”)

This is because fit and finish can feel different from person to person, and it’s difficult to ensure the ideal result without being able to see the actual product in person. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

That said, we are still accepting custom orders based on clear and specific requests.

当店では、お客様からのヘッドカバーに関するご相談やご要望には、できる限りお応えしたいと考えておりますが、一部ご期待に沿えない場合もございます。あらかじめ下記の通りご案内申し上げます。

これまで当店では、

- 特定のクラブヘッドとの相性に関するご相談

- 「少し厚めに」「手元のものと似た雰囲気で」といった定性的なご要望

にも、できる限りお応えしてまいりました。

しかしながら、ヘッドカバーのサイズ感や仕上がりの印象にはどうしても個人差があり、当店としても悩みながら、都度試行錯誤を重ねてまいりました。

特に、タイトなフィット感を好まれる方、ゆったりめを好まれる方など、感じ方に大きな違いがあることも、難しさの一因となっております。

これは、実店舗を持たないため現物をお試しいただく機会が少ないという当店の課題に起因することであり、大変申し訳なく感じております。

そのため、上記のようなご要望への対応は、当面の間、お休みさせていただきます。

なお、引き続き、定量的・具体的なご要望に基づくカスタマイズにつきましては、可能な限り対応させていただきます。

また、サイズ感の把握に少しでもお役立ていただけるよう、実際のクラブを挿入した状態の写真掲載や、評価・撮影に用いるモデルクラブを徐々に増やしていくなど、継続して努力してまいります。
